It was a very foggy morning in Punjab. It’s not smog, as a little while ago, before the fog arrived, it was pretty clear. If it is smog, we can smell the smoke in it.
Hopefully, people will be careful on the roads. A couple of weeks ago, we had some very heavy fog. There was a 100-vehicle pileup not very far from where we live.
Actually, in winters, a foggy morning in punjab happens quite often. Some times the fog can last almost the whole day.
Winters in Punjab are a time of beauty, culture and festivities. The season starts from November and lasts till February, with the coldest months being December and January. The temperature can drop to as low as 0°C in some places like the city of Amritsar. Foggy mornings are a common sight. The fog creates a mystical atmosphere, but also poses challenges for road safety and visibility.
I personally very much prefer winters compared to summers. What about your preferences? Do mention it in the comments.
Have a wonderful Sunday.
